Hi Folks! Have signed a contract in July 2011 with THERMAL COATINGS LTD, Sandpiper Way, Strathclyde Business Park, Belshill, Glasgow and paid a Deposit of £50 to have my roof coated. No work has been carried out as i told them i wouldn’t have funds till starting of subsequent year. They stated that as extended as i had it completed before end of March 2012 i could have it for £1,450 (not to inform any individual i got it for that price!) Is there any legal way they could force me to have it carried out? I am a single parent on low income and every single penny is precious and now do not want to get involved with them after reading that they are linked to Aquashield Ltd. I never want to be in a position of obtaining to try and locate funds to rectifiy a achievable nightmare of a stituation with this Company…..PLEASE Aid ME!!!
